I think a lot about people’s understanding of the world, with a tendency toward the spiritual. To get a sense of how I think about these things, you can read Robert Bly’s Leaping Poetry or reflect on Howard Sasportas’s idea that “a myth is something which has never happened and is happening all the time.”

My coaching and teaching work relies on the Enneagram, the Minds at Work Immunity to Change framework, and a lot of imagination, narrative work, and questioning. I study Hellenistic, traditional astrology with a focus on using astrological cycles to reflect on lived experience.

Originally from a small town in Texas, I went to school in Austin. I’ve been lucky enough to facilitate leadership development courses and train-the-trainer sessions with organizations around the world including in San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Dubai.

I’m based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
